"Zagreb", formed in 1969, has continued its commitment to the preservation of Croatian culture in Victoria, BC. In 1986 "Zagreb" hosted its first Canadian Folklore Festival and hosted two additional festivals in 1991 and 1999.

Victoria has a small Croatian community and the dance group strives to promote Croatian culture by performing at the local arts and folklore festivals. In 2005, Victoria-Zagreb rejoined the CCFFW.    The group currently has 12 members ranging in age from 7 to 14 years.
